Shipping & Exchanges
All items are created and designed by CLASP by Lobster, LLC in Los Angeles, California.
Most items ship immediately providing they are in stock. If an item is not in stock a CLASP by Lobster Sales Representative will contact you to discuss.
Estimated lead times for items not in stock are typically 2-4 weeks from item purchase date.
All sales are final however if you're not happy with your purchase - no worries. Any unworn jewelry can be returned for store credit or exchange (only) within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Should you have any damage or repairs needed, CLASP by Lobster will gladly assist. Please take a photo of the damage and or repair along with your order number and contact us immediately. All repairs will be determined on an individual basis and billed to the customer accordingly. CLASP by Lobster will repair at no charge to you any manufacturing defects within 30 days of receipt. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient or incorrect address information (as well as no answer) the order will be considered canceled and refunded minus the shipping costs, if any. Additionally a $20 restocking fee will apply. If you would like to have the order shipped again, a new order will be required and shipping fees will apply.
We are unable to cancel or modify a shipment once it departs. Please make sure all information is correct at time of order placement.
